Summary: Ricoh latest offer in its premium compact camera series-GXR is launched in Malaysia on 15th January 2010 at Apartment Restaurant KLCC.
GXR is the world 1st Interchangeable unit camera system whereby the camera unit integrates the lens, image sensor and processing engine in a single unit, allowing users to freely swap between different lenses by using a slide-in mount system.
"GXR is marketed as a camera both for professionals and enthusiasts by delivering DSLR quality photos", says Managing Director of Futuromic Photo AV, Mr. Francis Lai. During the launch, there were 10 units of GXR for the purpose encouraging the invited guests to test the camera themselves and the response is overwhelmed with many high comments on the camera. The invited guest also has a chance to direct print their picture taken with the GXR at the launch and was amazed with the DLSR picture quality. The launch event ended at 5pm. |
