Ricoh outing & workshop : Chinese Independent High School photography camp at Gopeng

Activity summary: It was a three days two night photography camping site at Gopeng whereby five different Chinese independent high school students from their individual photography society of their school join together. We took up the opportunity to support their activity by introducing Ricoh cameras during the three days two night event. Photography seminar talk conducted by professional photographer Billion Lim had the students amazed with his photography work of art. He also shared some of his photography tips on how to take nature shots such as macro subject. The students were also given some background information about Ricoh corporation and main features of their line up of cameras. The students were also given chance to have hands on experience on the Ricoh cameras throughout the event especially on the photo hunt cum jungle hiking experience in one of the morning. Beside from the hiking experience was unforgettable. the responds from the students were excited and full of amazement with the amazing 1cm Macro mode from Ricoh cameras. Prior to the end of the day, photos from the photo hunt were shown in slides and the best photo owner won himself a innovativr travel tripod - gorillapod1. It was a memorable and unforgettable experience for all of us during this three days two night event spending time with the students.
